This Privacy Policy explains how HaazriBook ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Kulhansh Labs, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our Android application and related services. By using HaazriBook, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
a) Account information
When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and/or phone number through our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication / Google Sign-In). This is used to create and secure your account.
b) Business data you enter
HaazriBook stores the records you create to run your business, including:
- Worker/staff details you add (names, phone numbers, wage rates, and notes).
- Attendance records (present, absent, half-day, off) and dates.
- Wage, advance, and settlement amounts.
- Cashbook entries (income and expenses, categories, payment method, and descriptions).
c) Contacts (optional)
If you choose to add a worker from your phone contacts, the App reads the selected contact's name and number only at that moment to fill in the worker form. We do not upload, store, or transmit your full contact list.
d) Device & technical information
We may collect limited technical data (such as app version, device model, OS version, and crash/diagnostic logs) to keep the App stable and secure.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core features: attendance, wage calculation, and cashbook.
- To sync your data across your sessions and devices.
- To send reminders/notifications you have enabled (e.g., daily attendance reminders).
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the App.
3. Data Storage & Backup
HaazriBook is offline-first. Your records are stored locally on your device so the App works without internet, and are synced to our secure servers so your data is not lost if your device is.
If you enable Backup, a copy of your data is stored in your own Google Drive account. These backups are controlled by you and are not accessible to us.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the App, and only as needed:

6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secured servers, and an optional on-device app lock (PIN or fingerprint) with sensitive-amount masking. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records inside the App at any time. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us at the email below; we will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
HaazriBook is a business tool intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice.
