These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HaazriBook application and related services ("the App"), operated by Kulhansh Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using HaazriBook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use HaazriBook. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Use of the App
HaazriBook is provided as a tool to record worker attendance, calculate wages, and maintain a cashbook. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes. You will not:
- Use the App to violate any law or the rights of others;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers;
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.
4. Your Data & Responsibility
You retain ownership of the business records you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of attendance, wage, and financial entries, and for any decisions made based on them. HaazriBook is a record-keeping aid and is not professional accounting, tax, payroll, or legal advice. We recommend keeping your own backups.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
HaazriBook offers free features and may offer optional paid plans ("HaazriBook Plus"). Paid plans, where available, are billed through Google Play in accordance with Google Play's terms. Prices and features may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account before the renewal date.
6. Availability & Changes
We strive to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that data will always be accurate or available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kulhansh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that harms us or other users. You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
