1. No Refunds
HaazriBook, operated by Kulhansh Labs, does not provide refunds for any payments, including one-time purchases and subscription fees ("HaazriBook Plus"), whether the subscription is used or unused. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
2. Try Before You Buy
HaazriBook offers free features so you can evaluate the App before purchasing any paid plan. We encourage you to use the free features to confirm the App meets your needs before subscribing.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel an active subscription at any time through your Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current or previous billing periods. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Billing Issues
Payments are processed by Google Play, not directly by us. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate or unauthorised charge), any such request is handled solely under Google Play's policies and at Google's discretion. We do not control and cannot guarantee the outcome of Google Play refund requests.
